May be sent directly to Aurelia Green at (aurelia@onlineintl.com) or done through the website (www.lonestarduals.com) on the form provided starting Sep 15th. Photos should be sent directly to Aurelia. Please try to use high resolution or photo ready artwork. A program was sent to you so you can see what you need to do and decide how you want your input to look. Questions may be emailed to Aurelia or call her at (817) 261-7590.

College Coaches: Please show your SID the program so that they can get the best input possible for your program. Many high school wrestlers will be getting their first look at your school this weekend and your program information can make a big impression if it is well done.

Additional information can also be sent to our announcer, A.L. Haizlip, at (soonerwrestlers@cox.net) or mailed to:

Oklahoma City, OK __________ for his use during the tournament.

Anticipated Competing Wrestlers Names - December 1, 2006

Please submit the names of all the wrestlers on your team that may be coming to Texas. We would like to do individual name cards by school like the ones at the National Duals. They are expensive and get more expensive the later we have to go to print so the earlier the better.

Team Travel/Vehicle Rental Information - December 15, 2006

There is a link on the website for transportation and vehicle needs. This form sends the information to
    (1) Tournament Director (barry_Boustead@hotmail.com),
    (2) Transportation Director Ron Houston (rhouston1801@hotmail.com), and
    (3) Cory Ruelas at the Hilton Arlington (cory.ruelas@ihrco.com).

If you have questions, email Ron or call him at (817) 465-2744.

Weigh-in sheet names submitted by January 1, 2007

This is a corrected list of names for us to generate the weigh-in sheets. Please try to list all the wrestlers you will bring and put them at the lowest weight class you anticipate them competing.

These sheets will be brought to the coaches meeting on Friday evening, January 5th at the Hilton Arlington. This meeting begins at 8PM in the hospitality room on the 2nd floor. Corrections will be made at that time (see below).

We will have open mats for matches for extra wrestlers later in the day. No score will be kept for these matches and they will be divided up strictly by weight, not division.

College Coaches meeting Friday night at 8PM, January 5, 2007

We will have a short meeting in the hospitality room on the second floor of the Hilton. Please have at least one coach in attendance to make corrections to the weigh-in sheets, discuss weigh-ins and competition on Saturday, and meet the head official, Jim Ramirez.

High school competition will be underway at the Coliseum all day on Friday so we will try to make the meeting brief.

The hospitality room will be open Friday and Saturday from 6PM and is available to coaches, officials, and staff.

College Weigh-ins Jan 6 th at 7AM!

We will have weigh-ins at both the Hilton (2nd floor) and the Coliseum (freshman gym). It is helpful if the teams competing in Session 1 (8AM) will weigh-in at the Coliseum so we can start promptly at 8.

There will be HS competition going on in Session 1 as well, so it is always a challenge to get started on time. We have managed it every year and anticipate doing so this year, but we will need your help.

We will provide copies of the weigh-in sheets as soon as we can get them copied at the head table and they will be available in the hospitality room on stage (behind the curtain) all day.

Soft goods by January 5, 2007

You may mail your soft goods down to Randy Starr at: 3703 Meadow Creek Ct, Arlington, TX 76013 anytime before the event or bring them with you. We will provide a table and someone to sell them at no charge (Usually one free t-shirt helps promote enthusiasm!).

Please provide an inventory sheet and a price list. At the end of competition on Saturday night we ask that you pick up the money and any remaining goods. If you would like, we can ship them back for you, but please make prior arrangements. Randy can be reached at (randeb@flash.net) or (817) 483-1353.

Coaches,

Please remember that everyone helping to host this event is a volunteer and doing it for the love of the sport. No one involved is being paid and any money generated beyond expenses is returned in scholarships. This is the only college event we host and while the NCWA exposure is helping with college rules, the riding time is a challenge for table workers. We will be using the user friendly Befour clocks this year so we expect it to be easier, but just understand the table workers will be doing everything they can to make sure everything is done correctly, and they will work with you. If you have any issues that cannot be resolved by the officials, I will be in the building all day, generally at the head table.

Thanks for coming to Texas, we are anxious to watch your team compete and hope you enjoy the event!
